Dr. Alyncia Bowen earned her doctorate in organization and management from Capella University, her master’s degree in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University, and bachelor’s degree in sociology from Capital University. Prior to joining Ohio National University, she served as a professor in the undergraduate business administration and management and leadership programs, as well as the MBA program at Franklin University where she taught both domestically and internationally. An avid academic presenter, Dr. Bowen’s recent topics include: Research, Project Management, Creating a Culture of Learning, Building, Developing and Implementing Best Practices in a Multi-generational Educational Environment, Cultural Competence, and Transformational Teaching.
