Dr. Raj Singh (Chairman @La Sierra Group)

Dr. Singh graduated with a BS in Engineering and completed a Masters
Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Asian
Institute of Technology in Thailand. After completing Masters degree in
Thailand, he taught for about two years in India and came to the US in
1977. Here, I attended USC where he completed the Degree of
Engineer in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Master of Science in Policy Planning and Administration and a Ph.D. in Policy Planning and Administration.

Dr. Singh has worked for several large organizations such as Rockwell, Northrop, ITT, Litton, and the County of Los Angeles in professional engineering and managerial positions. He has taught at the graduate level for over 25 years. He has taught Ph.D. level courses in strategy, statistical research, operations management and the initial course Ph.D. learners take. Dr. Singh Chairs annual Global Conferences in management, nursing and education.
