Dr. Zulkarnein Nashiru is an assistant professor of Zenith University College, in Accra Ghana. Prior to becoming an assistant professor, he served as a lecturer from August 2010 to July 2015. He has a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University in the United States of America. He has master in Human Resource Management from Strayer University (USA). Dr. Nashiru has Bachelor degree in Marketing from Kennesaw state university (USA) an AACSB accredited institution. His teaching covers a wide range in the human resource management and other management related disciplines. He has taught several other universities including The Zenith University College, Ghana Technology University College (formerly Ghana Telecom University College). Courses taught at the Graduates level include, Strategic Human Resources Management, Human Resource Planning& Development, International Human Resource Management, and Change management. At the undergraduate level he taught Knowledge management, Organizational Communication, and Business ethics. At the post graduate level, Dr. Nashiru directed seminars in thesis writing and final year undergraduate projects. Dr. Nashiru core competencies lays in the area of excellent communication and written skills, Analytical approach and ability to research as well as his ability to respect student’s viewpoints. He has a profound knowledge of the subject areas and ability to teach students by using various methods. He’s highly skilled in dealing with various diverse groups and cultures and finally he has good interpersonal and organizational skills that can fit into any institution of higher learning.
